These are the general terms and conditions for all orders placed on Koseli Xpress:

Products:

Products are displayed under different categories with accurate descriptions and images.

Gift orders are delivered to the specified delivery address.

Some items are shipped from our Kathmandu office, while others, such as cakes, flowers, and sweets, are locally delivered in selected cities.

Perishable items are prepared on the day of delivery.

Product Unavailability:

If an item is out-of-stock or unavailable, customers have the following options:

Wait until the item becomes available.

Request an alternative product.

Request a full refund to a Nepali bank account or digital wallets like eSewa or Khalti.

Pricing:

We offer competitive pricing for our products.

Delivery:

KoseliXpress processes orders for domestic delivery within Nepal.

Door-to-door service is available for deliveries within the Kathmandu valley.

For out-of-valley deliveries, home delivery is available only in specific cities listed on our website.

Non-perishable items are available for order and shipped through our shipping partner to locations outside the Kathmandu valley.

In some cases, recipients in out-of-valley locations may need to pick up gift items from the courier office themselves, and we will notify them accordingly.

Delivery Date:

Customers can choose a preferred delivery day during the order placement.

Most orders within the Kathmandu valley are delivered on the selected date.

Specific delivery days may not be guaranteed for outside the Kathmandu valley.

No specific delivery time is guaranteed, but we will make our best effort to deliver within the preferred time frame or as per the recipients’ convenience.

Delivery Exception:

While we strive to deliver all gift orders on the specified day, there may be instances beyond our control, such as political unrest, strikes, or natural disasters, which may require us to postpone or hold delivery.

We will resume delivery as soon as possible and notify both the sender and recipient of any such incidents.

Delivery & Recipients:

We ensure timely delivery of gifts to the recipients.

Photo ID of the recipient may be requested to verify and ensure correct delivery.

Photo identification is mandatory for high-value items, and recipients may need to sign as proof of delivery.

In cases where recipients are not reachable, we will contact the sender to find alternate ways to reach the recipients.

Fees:

There is a separate delivery fee that covers our delivery staff and fuel surcharge.

The fees vary based on the delivery destination and gift items.

Area Coverage:

Gift items are divided into three categories: Perishable Koseli Items (PK), Non-Perishable Koseli Items (NPK), and Service-Based Koseli (SBK).

Perishable items, such as cakes, flowers, and sweets, are currently delivered within the Kathmandu valley and selected cities in Nepal. More cities are being added for Perishable Koseli (PK) delivery.

Non-perishable Koseli (NPK) items are shipped all over Nepal from our Kathmandu warehouse using our shipping partners or delivered by local vendors.

Service-based Koseli (SBK) is available throughout Nepal from our Kathmandu office or through local service providers.

Gift wrapping option is available for an additional cost, and a customized message can be attached.

Recipients also have the option to pick up the gift from our office.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees vary based on the delivery destination and gift items.

Payment Processing:

We accept secure payment processing options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay, for payments made from outside Nepal.

For payments in Nepalese rupees, we accept Visa, Mastercard issued by Nepali banks, e-Sewa, direct bank deposits, and money transfers.

Website Security:

KoseliXpress is secured by Immunity 360 Security on Digital Ocean

Delivery Confirmation:

Delivery confirmation is sent in one of the following forms:

Photo Confirmation: For deliveries within the Kathmandu valley, subject to the recipient’s permission.

Email Confirmation: For all deliveries outside the Kathmandu valley.

Guarantee/Warranty:

Full manufacturer’s warranty is applicable if offered by the respective brand or company.

Special Offers/Discounts:

Special offers and discounts are periodically provided.

Refund Policy:

There is a 7-day refund/replacement policy for wrong and damaged items.

Wrong items will be replaced or refunded in full if returned in their original box or condition.

Perishable items, including cakes, flowers, sweets, fruits, dry nuts, chocolates, beverages, and all food and consumable items, are non-refundable once delivered. However, replacement or re-delivery will be provided for damaged or wrong food item deliveries.

Order Cancellation:

If an existing order is canceled by the gift sender or recipient, a gift voucher or discount voucher will be provided, which can be redeemed on the next order.

If an order is canceled because it cannot be delivered or fulfilled by KoseliXpress (due to product or delivery service unavailability, political strike, natural disaster etc), the delivery can be rescheduled for a later date, or a full refund
